The Aguila Mexicana "Soy" Chorizo  is our vegetarian/vegan version that made El Popular pork chorizo famous but with less fat and zero cholesterol. 

Our Story

Vicente F. Garza, was the founder of El Popular & Aguila Mexicana brand.

The Garza family has owned El Popular for three generations, this company has become the oldest chorizo manufacturer in the United States with over 87 years of business.
